The Solano Transparency Portal shows the people of Solano every FY 2027 budget project whose title says "Solano, Nueva Vizcaya": what the National Expenditure Program (NEP) gave it, what House Bill 10858 gives it, what was added or dropped, and the page of the source document each figure is on. Beside it sit the enacted budgets of 2020 to 2026, covering every program or project, in any department, whose name says "Solano, Nueva Vizcaya".
This portal is BetterGov.ph's Transparency Portal, set up for Solano. The code, the design, and the rules it keeps are BetterGov.ph's, and every figure comes from the public BetterGov.ph Budget API, the same data behind budget.bettergov.ph.
The portal has no backend and no database. Readers' browsers query the BetterGov.ph Budget API directly, so the site always shows what the API says now.
