Who we are
Sorry, Nana is a game developed and published by Ramon Logan Jr. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean the developer, and “the game” means the Sorry, Nana mobile app.
What we collect
Nothing. The game has no accounts and no servers, and it contains no code that sends information to us or to anyone else. We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers or advertising ID.
The Android version does not request permission to use the internet.
What stays on your device
So that you can pick up where you left off, the game saves the following in its own private storage on your device:
- Your best scores, run history and statistics
- Your achievements, and the worlds and hats you have unlocked
- Your daily challenge progress
- Your settings, such as sound, haptics, text size and accessibility options
We cannot see this information, and it never leaves your device through the game.
Device backups
If backups are turned on for your phone or tablet, Android or iOS may include the game's saved data in your personal backup, such as your Google or iCloud account. Your device settings control this, and Google's or Apple's privacy policy applies to it. We have no access to your backups.
Links to our website
The About screen has a link to www.ramonloganjr.com, which opens in your browser. That website is separate from the game and has its own privacy terms.
App stores
You download the game through Google Play or the App Store, and those services handle that process under their own privacy policies: Google Privacy Policy (opens in new tab) and Apple Privacy Policy (opens in new tab). They may give developers overall statistics, such as install counts and crash rates. We do not use these to identify anyone.
Third-party services
The game does not include advertising, analytics or crash-reporting services. It is built with open-source software, which runs on your device and is listed in the game under Settings, About, Open-source licences.
Children
The game is suitable for all ages. Because it collects nothing, it does not collect personal information from children under 13, or from anyone else.
Keeping and deleting your data
We hold none of your data, so there is nothing for us to keep or delete. You control everything saved on your device:
- To erase your scores, achievements and unlocks, open the game and go to Settings, then Reset progress.
- To remove everything, uninstall the game.
- To remove a device backup, use your Google or Apple account settings.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data, such as asking to see or delete it. We do not hold any personal data about you through the game, but you are welcome to contact us with any question or request.
Changes to this policy
If the game or this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date. If a future version ever collects personal data, we will explain what and why before it does.
